There is a Homework Policy--
Even Though There is Almost Never Any Homework!
I don't like homework because I cannot observe where students achieve or struggle! You don't want to spend all evening fussing about homework. Everybody needs peace. So here is the bottom line:
- Come to class prepared. Have your work and your work tools with you. You should have some in your binder if you didn't take your things to another class.
- Let Mrs. P do her job--TEACHING. If you are well-behaved and focused, you will have plenty of time to do your assignments in class. Disruptions cut into work time at the end of class, so stay on task. Almost never will you get homework on Wednesdays or the weekend.
- Do not disrupt class with drama, clown auditions, or confrontations. I am the authority figure in the room, so let's respect each other.
- If you are missing work, fill out a homework excuse. If you get three of them, you will be referred to the office for an after school session to get the work done.
- READ THE HOMEWORK POLICY THAT IS ATTACHED BELOW! Stick to it, please.
